R&D Masonry, Inc. is a full service masonry contractor serving north-western Washington. We specialize in commercial and industrial construction, but also work in high-end residential and restoration.
Our Company consists of a dedicated group of union bricklayers, hod carriers and office personnel who are concerned with getting a job done both efficiently & professionally. Here are some of the plans created from the BIM model. The plans were used by the General Contractor to confirm the window layout as well as other exterior elements. The masonry Foreman and lead crew members used the plans for layout of pattern and to double check correct window and exterior element layouts. We also created plan sets from the model for precast and relieving angle layout and material order lists.
